Polly graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2021 having completed an undergraduate in Fine Art Painting and a Masters Diploma in Performance Costume. Her career so far has been varied, from working in costume and set design for theatre and film/TV to returning to her original passion of painting. In 2023 she discovered her joy for relief printmaking, which she predominantly works in now.

With a passionate interest in the natural world and being a keen birder, she draws inspiration on the stunning environment that surrounds her small flat in Edinburgh, from Blackford Hill and the Hermitage on her doorstep to the gorgeous Pentland Hills that wrap around the city.

At 29 years old Polly has also lived through two cancer diagnoses and now works to pursue her passion and work towards a life filled with good health and peacefulness. 10% of all sales of her postcard prints go towards the Teenage Cancer Trust.
